Shipping in the United States

Shipping rates vary depending on what method of delivery you choose. Our shipping calculator is built into your shopping cart and allows you to determine exactly how much shipping will cost. The shipping calculator also displays any shipping discounts that are available.

*Because of their size, Liberators have a $20 surcharge applied to the shipping and handling cost.

* $7.50 is our standard online shipping and handling charge. This may change if you use a promontional code, source code, or extension.
**Delivery times are for orders placed before 12:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time and are estimates. Delivery times may change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen problems. Add one business day for orders placed after 12:00p.m. EST.

• Additional charges apply for shipments being delivered to multiple addresses.
• Some oversized or heavy items have additional shipping charges and may not be
  available for UPS Two-Day or overnight delivery.
• Add one business day for orders placed after 12 pm (EST).

Email Confirmations

Customers receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation email with each order. Shipment confirmation emails include UPS tracking numbers.

Backordered Items

Backordered items (indicated by an * with the available to ship date) always ship via USPS Bulk Mail after the item arrives in our warehouse. Backorder dates are estimates and may change. Customers receive an email notification when a backordered item arrives in our warehouse.

UPS requires a signature if an item is $100 or more, if your order has a total of $150 or more and when you are reshipped an item or an order.

Military

Military (APO/FPO) customers must use Standard Shipping. No other options are available at this time.

Alaska & Hawaii

Two-Day UPS is available for Alaska and Hawaii for an extra charge of $14.00. Next day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii costs an extra $24.00. USPS Priority costs an extra $6.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.

State Tax/International Customs Charges:

Residents of North Carolina will be charged sales tax based on the states current rate. We are not responsible for any international tax or custom charges that may be applied upon delivery if you reside in an area outside of the United States.

Returns

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with everything they purchase from www.SinclairInstitute.com. Customers may return any merchandise for an exchange or refund within 90 days of their purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. After 90 Days, defective merchandise will be exchanged for a credit. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. Please mail returns to:
